ALESSI – ”Alessandro M.” corkscrew, yellow-black finish

In 2021, the most famous pair of corkscrews in Italian design is enhanced with a new range of colors created in homage to its creator’s work in color research. Anna G. and Alessandro M. originate from the visual alphabet of Alessandro Mendini (1931-2019), one of the leading innovators of Italian design in the 1980s. These new, unprecedented colors reflect the specificities of Mendini’s highly personal expressive lexicon, which can be found in his architecture and design projects.
