Model for dense thinning, tooth with straight design, comfortable, effective, asymmetric offset handle, muffler grommet
Hairdressing scissors made of 440A stainless steel for corrosion resistance, with a polished finish. The offset handle, also called offset, makes the scissor better from the point of view of balance and comfort given to hands, arms and shoulders that are able to maintain a natural position while avoiding strain; this is accentuated by the presence of finger recesses that give the handle greater ergonomics. This model is suitable for dense thinning, 50%/60%; it consists of a load-bearing blade and a razor-sharp cutting edge with 40 teeth in a straight design. Equipped with adjustable screw with key, muffler grommet and removable single finger rest.
Available in the following length: 6″ / 40 teeth
The offset (or “staggered”) handle was developed to make it more ergonomic and to reduce stress on the hand, wrist and shoulder. This offset allows the hand to assume a more natural and relaxed position, with the thumb being closer to the “rested” position of the fingers.
Advantages:
– The more natural position of the hand and wrist decreases muscle tension.
– Helps prevent ailments such as carpal tunnel syndrome, tendonitis, and wrist and shoulder pain.
– The relaxed position improves overall comfort during long work days.
– The offset design can contribute to a better overall balance of the scissor.
The offset handle is the preferred option if you seek maximum comfort and want to prevent fatigue or injury especially if you work long hours a day and need a scissor that supports you without stress.
Features of 440A Stainless Steel:
Martensitic stainless steel (a type of steel that after hardening acquires a very hard crystalline structure called martensite) with a carbon content of 0.60-0.75%, hardness around 54 HRC (symbol indicating hardness) so lower than 440C but with greater corrosion resistance than the same.
